Since 1999 we have been a small family business with a big passion to create unique pieces and experiences for our clients.

We have been dedicated to being on the forefront of innovation and delivering exclusive opportunities to our clients. We were one of the first jewellery stores in Melbourne to travel to Antwerp, Belgium to personally select, premium diamonds for our clients. We were also one of the first 40 stores in Australia to stock PANDORA, when no one even knew what it was.

We have always created bespoke pieces for our clients, but in the last few years this has become our main focus. We are one of the first stores in Melbourne to provide 3D prints to our clients so they don’t have to imagine what the piece will look like off a drawing anymore, but try it on and see the exact dimensions, and make any changes before the piece is made in precious metal.

In the last 22 years the whole family has been involved in the store. Harald Knoll is the face of the store, he adores his clients and loves getting to know them and their families. His late wife Sandra loved the store and it’s clients, and adored the Knoll name so much, we thought it would make our little store even more special to rename it this year to Knoll Jewellers. Jennie spent nearly 15 years in the store, becoming a certified Gemmologist, jewellery designer, and PANDORA stylist, creating the most beautiful bracelets and stunning bespoke pieces that will last a lifetime. Corinne has been apart of the store since she was 15, in that time she has become a jewellery valuer with the National Council of Jewellery Valuers (NCJV), Diamond Technologist, jewellery designer and CAD (Computer Assisted Design) designer. She mainly works one on one with clients, creating beautiful pieces that clients adore. She absolutely loves making clients dreams become a reality, it is truly the best part of her job.
